I have some writing updates that I would like to share with you all.

As a reminder and as a heads up, the fiction I write is not possible to augment with AI writing tools. Beyond the ethical and environmental issues, AI is trained on too much Earth cultural data and cannot critically think about some of the fun grammar structures in my conlangs, how language impacts many of my word choice decisions, and what plots and character backgrounds make sense considering the cultural frames I have written a priori. This is actual real human effort that you’re making your way through when you engage with my fiction. I feel like I have to say this in 2024 given what self-publishing has become with the glut of AI-written stories.
